The Green Room was a absolute treat to have the opportunity to shoot a San Francisco Wedding at; not that my usual Yosemite area weddings aren't but this venue was truly magical. I am truly thankful to Jenny and Sam for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful couple in such a beautiful place.
I was lucky to have a true Bay Area trip for this magic. We took the BART into the city and arrived to hustle and bustle with absolutely perfect weather(i took advantage of this and explored as much as I could on my extra days).
I arrived at the Westin St. Francis across from Union Square early in the morning and cant lie the glass exterior elevator was a bit nerve racking rocketing to the tower top floor Union Square Suite. There I joined Sam and his groomsmen who had flown in from Jamaica, NYC, and Alabama. The views were insane and the guys definitely enjoyed the view(see below). Back down and then up to the State Suite in the original Landmark Building I met with Jenny and her Bridesmaids from all over enjoying champagne and getting ready to an amazing oldschool rap playlist.
These two balanced one another out so well, Jenny - the web designer - who works in perfection was creative and candid while Sam - the chef - was well spoken and composed on such a big day. They had so much loving family from every corner of the globe to celebrate their love.
As you'll see below the venue Jenny chose was beyond amazing. High ceilings, chandeliers, gold leaf, and loggia(fancy work for enormous patio overlooking city hall) made for the perfect wedding. The Green Room only books weddings in July and August but the venue pricing is beyond reasonable.
